Voyafello — Hesap Silme
Bu sayfa Voyafello uygulaması içindir. Hesabını ve hesabına bağlı verileri istediğin zaman silebilirsin. İşlem geri alınamaz.
1. Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)
- Voyafello uygulamasını aç ve hesabına giriş yap.
- Alt menüden Profil sekmesine git.
- Sayfanın en altındaki kırmızı “Hesabı sil” satırına dokun.
- Çıkan uyarıyı okuyup “Hesabı sil” ile onayla.
Hesabın yasaklandıysa uygulama yasak ekranıyla açılır; aynı ekranın en altındaki “Hesabı sil” ile hesabını silebilirsin. Yasak bununla kalkmaz.
Onaydan sonra hesabın anında kapanır ve verilerin kimseye görünmez olur; uygulama seni karşılama ekranına döndürür. Bekleme süresi veya “iptal etme” penceresi yoktur. Kalıcı silme, aşağıdaki 3. ve 4. bölümlerdeki sürelere göre yapılır.
Hesabını silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez. Ödemeyi durdurmak için aboneliğini App Store veya Google Play üzerinden ayrıca iptal etmelisin.
2. Uygulamaya giremiyorsan
Telefonunu kaybettiysen, uygulamayı sildiysen veya giriş yapamıyorsan talebini e-posta ile ilet:

Talebi, kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra en geç [30 GÜN] içinde sonuçlandırırız. Doğrulama, hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden yazmanı istememizle yapılır — bu adım başkasının senin hesabını sildirmesini engellemek içindir.
3. Silinen veriler
Hesap silme işlemi aşağıdakilerin tamamını hemen kimseye görünmez yapar ve kanıt süresinin (90 gün, aşağıda) sonunda kalıcı olarak siler:
- Profilin: ad, fotoğraflar, biyografi, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, diller, ilgi alanları, tercihler
- Gezi üyeliklerin ve organize ettiğin gezilerin fotoğrafları
- Grup sohbetlerindeki mesajların, sesli mesajların ve video notların
- Hikâyelerin (story) ve bunlara ait medya dosyaları
- Yorumların, değerlendirmelerin ve kaydettiğin geziler
- Acil durum kişisi bilgilerin ve konum paylaşım kayıtların
- Kaydettiğin geziler, arama kayıtların, bildirim jetonun ve bildirim geçmişin
Hesabın silindikten sonra diğer kullanıcılar seni “Bir Fellow” olarak görür; adın, fotoğrafın ve profil bilgilerin hiçbir yerde görüntülenmez. Sohbetteki mesajlarının yerinde “Mesaja erişilemiyor (hesap kapatıldı)” yazar.
4. Silinmeyenler ve saklama süreleri

Bunlar dışında hesabına ait hiçbir veri sistemlerimizde kalmaz.
5. Hesabını silmeden veri talebi
Hesabını silmeden de belirli içeriklerini kaldırabilirsin: fotoğraflarını, gezilerini, hikâyelerini ve yorumlarını uygulama içinden tek tek silebilirsin. Verine erişme, düzeltme veya taşınabilirlik taleplerin için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsin.

Voyafello — Account Deletion
This page is for the Voyafello app. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time. This action is irreversible.
1. Delete from within the app (recommended)
- Open the Voyafello app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the red “Delete account” row at the bottom of the page.
- Read the warning and confirm with “Delete account”.
If your account is banned, the app opens on the ban screen; use “Delete account” at the bottom of that screen to delete it. This does not lift the ban.
Your account is closed immediately after confirmation and your data becomes invisible to everyone; the app returns you to the welcome screen. There is no waiting period or cancellation window. Permanent deletion follows the periods in sections 3 and 4 below.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To stop payments you must cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
2. If you cannot access the app
If you lost your phone, uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, send us your request by email:

Include: the email address registered to your account and your display name
We complete the request within [30 DAYS] at the latest, after verifying your identity. Verification means we ask you to write from the email address linked to your account — this step prevents someone else from having your account deleted.
3. Data that is deleted
Deleting your account immediately makes all of the following invisible to everyone and permanently deletes it at the end of the evidence period (90 days, see below):
- Your profile: name, photos, bio, date of birth, gender, languages, interests, preferences
- Your trip memberships and the photos of trips you organised
- Your messages, voice messages and video notes in group chats
- Your stories and their media files
- Your comments, ratings and saved trips
- Your emergency contact details and location sharing records
- Your saved trips, saved searches, notification token and notification history
After deletion other users see you as “A Fellow”; your name, photo and profile details are shown nowhere. Your chat messages are replaced with “Message unavailable (account closed)”.
4. What is not deleted, and for how long

Apart from these, no data belonging to your account remains in our systems.
5. Requesting data removal without deleting your account
You can remove specific content without deleting your account: photos, trips, stories and comments can each be deleted individually from within the app. For access, correction or portability requests, write to [email protected].
